We are looking for a full-time (Assistant) Store Manager with experience in fashion retail, to join our shop in the city centre of Geneva. Are you also experienced in Visual Merchandise: what are you waiting for?!

You’re probably already working in the fashion industry and have experience in a management position.

Your service is authentic, you’re genuinely interested in people and know how to engage and lead your team.

You also have experience providing training and can professionally motivate and inspire your team to achieve results.

• Achieve optimal sales results and reach the desired targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team
• Manage staff planning and cash register administration
• Take responsibility for the proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards on the shop floor and in window displays
• Proactively approach, assist, style, and advise customers
• Operate the cash register system efficiently
• Handle complaints according to company philosophy and standards
• Identify trends and developments within the fashion industry
• Communicate and report various matters to HQ
