Sales & Purchasing Advisor

With thousands of watches available from more than 50 brands, including Rolex, Omega, IWC and more, plus boutiques across the UK and a manufacturer certified service centre, Watchfinder has established itself as the top pre-owned watch specialist.

The Sales & Purchasing Advisor is responsible for delivering stellar client experience and for achieving his/her personal sales targets as well as those of the boutique. He/She needs to act as an ambassador of Watchfinder at all times with client satisfaction being his/her utmost goals. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter starting on October 1st, 2026 approx.

• Hosting clients and other stakeholders with the ability to provide personalised customer experience.
• Find ever new and creative means to exceed client’s expectations.
• Introduce clients to the different services that we offer, including the part-exchange service, maintaining a high level of experience to the clients.
• Developing personal clientele through effective use of the selling skills, proactive client outreach (CRM).
• Know WF’s history, services/products and partnerships as well as the benefits of purchasing a timepiece through Watchfinder.
• Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the boutique.
• Maintain the boutique according to the global operating standards.
• Be part of a boutique team and support the overall organisation of the boutique with a strong team approach.
• Lead the appraisal process of timepieces that involve a part-exchange. Ensuring that all the necessary processes are followed accurately for the end user to make an assumption.

• Applicants with a background in sales or hospitality preferred.
• Strong team player mindset.

• Able to handle a large diversity of tasks in a timely manner, very organised and disci-plined.

• Creative, curious and versatile with good interpersonal competences and empathetic.
• Has perfect manners and can maintain a conversation elegantly.
