We're working with a fast-growing technology vendor serving banks and trading firms across capital markets. The business has built a strong reputation for long-term client retention and consistent account growth, and is now investing directly in the Swiss market with its first Geneva-based commercial hire.

This is a rare opportunity to own a market with a mapped prospect list already in place - the groundwork is done, but deals have stalled without a local presence to keep momentum alive. You'll be the person on the ground who closes that gap.

• Own and drive the Geneva/Switzerland sales pipeline from a warm, pre-mapped list of prospects
• Build genuine local presence: attend meetings, build relationships, and keep deals moving that have previously lost momentum to scheduling delays and lack of proximity
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through to close
• Work closely with a Paris-based leadership team as the local face of the business in Switzerland
• Help lay the groundwork for future regional expansion as the business grows

• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of closing, not just prospecting
• Comfortable working in a smaller, less structured organisation - able to self-start with minimal oversight
• Strong domain familiarity with banks, trading firms, and the trading technology/market data ecosystem (e.g. exposure to platforms and data providers used across capital markets)
• Experience selling SaaS into financial services an advantage
• Based in or around Geneva, or willing to relocate
