Fondation Au Cœur des Grottes recherche un Responsable du Pôle Accompagnement (100 %) à Genève. Vous pilotez le pôle, encadrez une équipe d’environ vingt professionnels et assurez la coordination avec les autres pôles et partenaires.
Vous possédez un diplôme pertinent et au moins cinq ans d’expérience en gestion d’une structure d’accompagnement, avec une forte sensibilité au travail social et à la protection des femmes et enfants victimes de violences.
