Les Résidences Prendre Soin et Accompagner (RPSA) recrutent un Responsable de l’accompagnement socioculturel pour La Petite Boissière, CDI à 100%. Vous concevrez et piloterez les activités socioculturelles, assurerez la gestion et l’évaluation, et dynamiserez la vie sociale de l’établissement.
Vous encadrerez l’équipe et veillerez au bien-être des résidents, tout en promouvant l’image de l’institution via les supports externes. Poste basé en Genève, entrée en fonction 1er octobre 2026.
