IMAD Genève recherche un-e Responsable d'équipe pluridisciplinaire du maintien à domicile pour un poste en CDI à 100%. Vous dirigerez une antenne regroupant 30 à 50 collaborateurs et assurerez la prise en charge pluridisciplinaire des patients à domicile.
Vous mettrez en œuvre les procédures, garantirez la qualité des prestations et contribuerez au développement des compétences via la formation continue, dans un cadre flexible favorisant l'équilibre vie pro/pie.
