Hospice général à Genève recherche un(e) professionnel(le) de l'insertion socioprofessionnelle pour accompagner des bénéficiaires en parcours d'insertion durable. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec des travailleurs sociaux et des partenaires afin de construire et ajuster des plans de réinsertion adaptés.
Le poste nécessite un Bachelor en travail social et au moins trois années d'expérience dans le placement ou l'insertion, avec une connaissance approfondie du tissu socio-économique
