Salary: CHF 130'000 – 170'000 per year

• Technical foundation (APIs, cloud, production systems)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ownership mindset
• Several years of experience in consulting or client‑facing roles, comfortable operating in ambiguous, high‑stakes environments
• Ability to structure complex problems and turn them into executable solutions
• Understanding of AI‑driven systems
• French at C1 level or above

• Translate complex business problems into clear, executable technical solutions
• Design and deploy AI‑driven systems in real production environments
• Integrate APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise systems
• Work directly with enterprise clients, lead workshops, and drive delivery end‑to‑end
• Take ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to continuously improve the platform
