We are looking for Generative Ai Engineer
. The contractor will support the design, development, and scaling of Generative AI applications, with a strong focus on robust architectures, performance, and integration into enterprise systems.

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI applications using Azure AI services and modern GenAI frameworks
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines (data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval strategies)
• Implement orchestration patterns for complex workflows (multi-step reasoning, tool integration, APIs)
• Ensure scalability, reliability, cost-efficiency, and observability of AI solutions in production
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms, data systems, and business workflows
• Contribute to the industrialization of AI development (reusable components, frameworks, best practices)
• Collaborate closely with business, product, data, and engineering teams to identify and deliver high-value use cases
• Proven experience building production-grade Generative AI applications
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval optimization
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, Lang Chain, Prompt Flow)
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and observable systems
• Experience in industrializing/standardizing AI or data solutions
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Power Platform
• Knowledge of agent design patterns
• Exposure to financial service
• Banking sector environment.
• Swiss residency is mandatory.
