Ai Agents Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an Ai Agents Engineer. The contractor will support the design, development, and scaling of AI agents leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies. This role will help transition from ad hoc implementations to repeatable, industrialized frameworks and practices.

• Design, build, and deploy multi-step reasoning AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services
• Contribute to the industrialization of AI agent development (templates, frameworks, best practices)
• Ensure scalability, reliability, evaluation, monitoring, and governance of AI solutions
• Collaborate with business, product, data, and engineering teams to identify and implement use cases
• Support documentation, knowledge sharing, and reusable components
• Accelerate delivery of AI Copilot agents
• Establish reusable assets and frameworks
• Enable scalable and industrialized AI agent implementation across the organization

• Proven experience with AI/ML solutions and LLM-based applications
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience in building scalable and production‑ready applications
• Experience in industrializing/standardizing AI or data solutions
• Knowledge of prompt engineering
• Knowledge of orchestration tools and agent design patterns
• Exposure to financial services and banking sector environment
• Swiss residency is mandatory
