- Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Be the first point of contact by greeting customers warmly and professionally, managing porter and valet services, and ensuring smooth luggage handling with care and efficiency.
- Ensure Flawless Presentation: Uphold Jet Aviation's reputation by maintaining impeccable grooming and dress standards, ensuring that all FBO equipment and facilities are clean, well-presented, and reflect our commitment to quality.
- Operate ground Support Equipment: Take charge of all Ground Support Equipment (GSE) operations safely and efficiently, playing a vital role in smooth and timely ramp activities.
- Support teamwork & operational flow: Collaborate closely with supervisors and team leaders, stepping in as needed to maintain seamless day-to-day ramp operations.
- Promote safety & quality leadership: Drive a strong safety culture by proactively engaging with Safety & Quality Management Systems, spotting and reporting hazards or near misses, and adhering strictly to Jet Aviation's policies and procedures.

- Previous experience in aviation or related fields is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Ready to work flexible, irregular hours to meet operational demands.
- General education degree required, with basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and web applications preferred.
- Strong communicator and team player with a proactive mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service every time.
- Fluent in French with a good command of English (B1-B2 level).
