As an Airport Operation Steering Officer, you will supervise day-to-day ground operations, working closely with Ground Handling partners to improve flight turn efficiency. The role requires coordination with easy

Jet's Operation Centre in Luton, Geneva Airport steering, SWP Ops, and Integrated Control Centre.

• Live monitoring of On Time Performance for easy
  
  Jet flights at Geneva Airport throughout the day.
• Be present at the airport during out-of-hours (first and last wave), weekends, and peak periods.
• Collaborate on D-1 and D-day stand planning with Geneva Airport steering and SWP Ops teams.
• Optimise stand planning to maximise use of easy
  
  Jet’s preferred stands.
• Minimise aircraft swaps, crew changes, overnight delays, and cancellations during disruptions in close cooperation with easy
  
  Jet’s Integrated Control Centre (ICC).
• Support the Ground Ops Manager in supervising Ground Handling Partners through ramp checks, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
• Represent easy
  
  Jet at the Geneva Airport Operations Control Centre (APOC).
• Coordinate actively between easy
  
  Jet ICC, Geneva Airport, and Ground Handling service providers.
• Prioritise first-wave operations during Winter Ops in coordination with de-icing providers, Ground Handling, and airport runway/parking management.
• Activate local de-icing plans in coordination with third parties.
