Per azienda operante nel settore energia ricerchiamo impiegati/e call center inbound.
La risorsa sarà chiamata a svolgere le seguenti mansioni:
Gestione chiamate inbound
Consultazione posizione cliente (anche contabile) tramite il crm e i sistemi messi a disposizione, fornire risposte alle richieste di informazioni o ai reclami dei clienti
Presa in carico della segnalazione del cliente tramite apertura segnalazione
Escalation verso customer care per sollecitare o segnalare casi critici o non risolvibili dal call center
Monitoraggio dell’avanzamento/risoluzione delle segnalazioni gestite
