Riviera Music Entertainment is a Music and Show Production Company specializing in world-class entertainment for luxury events, casinos & fine cruise lines.

We are looking for an exceptional and proactive organizational talent to join our team.

The Role & Requirements
We are seeking a multitasking, resilient professional with a passion for the music and show business.

The ideal candidate must be prepared to thrive under pressure and be willing to travel for short periods as necessary (Italy and Abroad, as well as on board cruise ships).

Core Duties:

Manage and organize the Production Department’s agenda and workflow.

Coordinate all logistics and communication with artists.

Conduct site inspections prior to events to assess operational needs.

Develop professional and engaging PowerPoint presentations.

Provide general administrative support and assist with light social media management.

We Require

Experience working in show business or live event environments.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and/or Canva.

Fluency in English (written and spoken), other foreign languages is a significant plus.

Basic Proficiency in Social Media Management.

Important Note
This is a professional contractor role requiring self-employment status (Italian Partita Iva or equivalent).
