Trace One is looking for a Portfolio PMO to lead the Professional Services governance framework and enable data-driven decision-making. You will define and implement governance frameworks, maintain portfolio performance metrics, and develop dashboards for executive reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of experience in PMO or portfolio management, with strong knowledge of KPI design and governance frameworks, and must be proficient in both Italian and English.
