IT Product Manager – Property Management Systems

Experteer Overview In this role you own the onboard Property Management System (PMS) end to end, shaping its vision and ensuring it supports ship operations and guest experience. You operate at the intersection of business, demand and delivery within a mission‑critical, international environment. You translate complex business needs into actionable specifications and govern the full delivery lifecycle with internal teams, software factories and external vendors.

This position offers impact across operations, guest satisfaction and business continuity, leveraging cross‑functional collaboration and hands‑on solution validation. Translate operational needs into clear functional specifications

Coordinate gated delivery across internal teams, software factories and external vendors

Ensure quality, timelines and outcomes in a multi‑stakeholder setting

Support solution validation with functional testing and UATEngage with international stakeholders and onboard for analysis and operational support

ResponsabilitàSolid experience in IT Product Management or Senior IT Project Management, preferably on mission‑critical systems

Ability to bridge business and technology with strong analysis mindset

Experience managing vendors and distributed delivery teams

Hands‑on involvement in solution validation, functional testing, and UATComfort working in international, complex operational environments and fluent in English Availability for onboarding activities to analyze and validate requirements
