Assist customers via remote or on-site visits when local engineers are needed
Maintain deep product knowledge of the hardware line and common issues
Monitor support metrics to identify trends and opportunities for service efficiency and parts costs
Responsibilities
Associate s degree or Bachelor s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support for hardware systems in the diagnostics or medical device industry
Strong understanding of diagnostic hardware installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex hardware issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian Fundamental Requirements Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (as listed above)
Minimum 3 years of technical support experience with hardware systems in diagnostics or medical devices
