La risorsa gestirà Microsoft 365, Exchange on-prem e online, Teams/SharePoint/One Drive e il Device Management tramite Intune, con focus su identità cloud e ambienti ibridi. Si richiede esperienza su AzureAD, ADConnect, ADFS, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP e Power Shell di base.
