Are you ready to play your part in this? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customs Process Administrator to join our diverse and skilled team a Customs Operations Associate, you will be responsible for preparing import/export/transit customs declarations, communicating with clients, and resolving customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare import/export/transit customs declarations (AIS, ECS, and NCTS)
Work daily in TRINET, MS Teams, MS Office
Communicate with clients via MS Teams, telephone, and email
Resolve customer inquiries
Requirements:
At least 1 year of work experience as a customs declarant
Preferably an authorized customs representative with a valid professional exam
Good knowledge of computer software (MS Office)
Full professional proficiency in English and local language
Communicative, accurate, and tidy
Desire for learning and teamwork
