Digital Acquisition Coordinator

Experteer Overview  In this role you drive customer acquisition through paid digital channels to fuel Costa’s commercial growth across markets. You operate at the intersection of data, media activation, and cross‑functional collaboration to turn media investments into measurable results. You will own and optimize paid acquisition plans across core channels, align media with creatives and landing pages, and use insights to inform investment decisions.

Retribuzione / Benefits   Coordinate paid digital acquisition initiatives across core performance channels (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Video, Affiliate, and emerging platforms)
Translate business objectives into cross‑funnel activation plans across markets
Monitor, optimize and scale campaigns with agencies and partners, improving KPIs such as traffic, conversions, CPA, ROAS and revenue
Ensure alignment between media, creatives, landing pages, and measurement frameworks
Transform performance data into actionable insights to support investment decisions and post‑campaign evaluations
Collaborate with ecommerce, digital media, brand, CRM, analytics and technology teams to evolve Costa’s digital acquisition ecosystem
Responsabilità   7+ years of experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing in complex, international organizations
Hands‑on experience managing paid acquisition channels excluding SEA (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Video, Affiliate, Metasearch)
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into optimization actions and recommendations
Experience working with media agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders in dynamic, performance‑driven environments
High ownership, autonomy and precision with a test‑and‑learn mindset
Fluent in English; travel/tourism/cruise industry experience is a plus
