Senior Physical Security Lead
Within the Business Security U.O., a Senior Physical Security Lead is sought to operate at the Genoa Torre Fiumara site. The resource will be responsible for managing all processes and obligations related to the physical security of the Genoa Torre Fiumara site, in accordance with the relevant Procedures and Operating Instructions issued in BMS. They will also be responsible for the correct execution of the duties attributable to the Armed Guard and Reception services and for ensuring the efficiency of all physical security devices, active and passive, designed to guarantee the security of the site.

Adequate willingness to interact and collaborate with all U.O.s, both within the Division and those responsible for Site Services, is required.

Responsibilities

Manage Site Physical Security processes in application of current Leonardo Operating Instructions, Procedures, and Directives;

Supervise and coordinate the site's Vigilance and Reception services;

Interface with HR, HSE, Plant Management, IT, LGS, and Leonardo Logistics U.O.s at the Site;

Interface with divisional U.O.s resident on Site, also for managing security aspects related to institutional visits and events;

Verify the technical efficiency status of physical security systems;

Manage documentation regulating access for external companies and visitors;

Prepare Site Physical Security Operating Instructions, sharing them previously with their Manager;

Enter ordinary and extraordinary maintenance tickets for site physical security systems on the Archer platform;

Issue employee and external worker badges and manage access authorizations at gates using the VAM platform;

Interface with Suppliers and Maintainers for technical needs and compliance;

Analyze and report to their Manager the need for active and passive physical security devices that can contribute to elevating the physical security of the site.

Diploma and/or Degree

Seniority
Minimum requirement 5/7 years in similar roles

Technical knowledge and skills
Good knowledge of computer systems, networks, and technological systems in general.

Language skills
Level B1

Behavioral competencies

Propensity for flexibility in managing complex and urgent activities.

Orientation towards managing third‑party personnel supporting the security service to fulfill surveillance and guest reception duties.

Attitude to share problems and solutions to be adopted with their manager and to involve collaborators in carrying out activities.
