A modern, technology-driven accounting and advisory firm is seeking a young CA(SA) to join their team in a senior role with a structured pathway to equity partnership.

This role is suited to a commercially minded Chartered Accountant who wants to move beyond traditional audit into a systems-driven, advisory-focused environment. The successful candidate will take full ownership of audit and assurance engagements, work closely with clients, and be exposed to innovative, tech-enabled accounting solutions that support business performance and growth. There is a clear succession plan in place, with a Signing Partner opportunity within the first 3 years and Equity Partnership from year 4.

• Qualified CA(SA)
• Completed SAICA Audit & Assurance training route
• Completed ADP Programme
• Eligible for IRBA registration as a Registered Auditor
• Strong audit and financial reporting experience
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Commercially minded and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
• Based in or willing to relocate to Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, or George
