About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Operations Lead to manage and enhance operations in George . Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee all operational activities in George , ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

- Manage departmental budgets, P&L, and financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives that enhance business performance.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and clients.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience in a progressive operations management or business leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and operational execution.
- Expertise in financial analysis , budgeting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
