You will be responsible for leading a team of construction workers, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that project milestones are met.

• Lead and supervise a crew of construction workers on various project sites.

• Interpret blueprints and construction plans to guide site activities accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for the crew.
• Manage on-site materials and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage.
• Report daily progress, challenges, and resource needs to the Site Manager.

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
