About the Role

Our client is looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Childhood Development Educator to join their dedicated team in George . The successful candidate will implement age-appropriate educational programs, focusing on play-based learning, social-emotional development, and cognitive skills.

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children, following the ECD curriculum framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Observe and document each child's progress, interests, and needs, communicating effectively with parents/guardians.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through various activities and interactions.
• Manage classroom routines, ensure child safety at all times, and maintain a clean and organized learning space.

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development (ECD) or equivalent.
• Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
