About the Role

Our client is seeking a nurturing and dynamic Early Childhood Development (ECD) Facilitator to join their dedicated team in George . You will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate educational programs that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. • Design and implement engaging daily lesson plans and activities aligned with ECD learning principles.
• Observe and document children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Foster positive social interactions and emotional development among children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and engagement.
• Collaborate with other ECD practitioners to share best practices and resources.

• A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Development or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with young children in an ECD setting.
• A strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
