About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Childcare Professional to manage a classroom within their esteemed center in George . This pivotal role involves leading a team of educators, designing and delivering an innovative play-based curriculum, and ensuring the highest standards of care for young children. You will be responsible for creating an environment that champions curiosity, creativity, and holistic development, while also serving as a key liaison between staff, parents, and management.

• Lead and mentor a team of childcare educators, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Develop, implement, and oversee a high-quality play-based curriculum that promotes learning across all developmental domains.
• Conduct regular observations and assessments of children's progress, documenting findings and preparing detailed reports.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents, offering support and engaging them in their child's educational journey.
• Manage classroom resources effectively and contribute to the overall operational efficiency of the center.

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a childcare setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and various educational philosophies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in child assessment tools and documentation.
