Join our Barbados Campus (located in Cottage, St. George) as a Student Support Assistant! I n this role, you will provide individualized support to a primary-aged student, helping them engage successfully in their learning and daily school activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and behavioral support for a student with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- You may be required to teach directed studies courses such as English and Math curricula as developed by a certified teacher.
- Collaborate with the local team to address the student's needs and support inclusive instruction.
- Maintain accurate records of the student's progress and activities.

About You
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Authorization to work in Barbados
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in education, special education or Applied Behavioural Analysis preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting the student's educational and personal development.
