You will be instrumental in managing drilling projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with field teams and technical specialists. • Develop detailed drilling programs, including well design, casing schemes, mud programs, and cementing strategies.
• Oversee the execution of drilling operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage drilling contracts, equipment, and service providers to optimize operational efficiency and cost control.
• Conduct post-well analysis to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future drilling campaigns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges encountered during drilling operations, providing timely solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to field personnel, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in drilling engineering, with a strong track record in the Oil & Gas sector .
• In-depth knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and associated risks.
• Familiarity with drilling simulation software and well planning tools.
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and personnel effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills essential for a demanding field environment.
