Our client, a well-established motor dealership in George, is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) professional to join their team.

The successful candidate must have proven previous F&I experience within the motor industry and a strong understanding of vehicle finance, insurance products, compliance requirements and the dealership sales process.

This is an opportunity for an experienced F&I professional who is confident working with customers, financial institutions and internal dealership teams while consistently delivering excellent customer service and achieving F&I targets.

• Manage the complete F&I process from vehicle sale through to finalisation of the deal.
• Present and explain vehicle finance and insurance products to customers.
• Prepare and submit finance applications to relevant financial institutions.
• Liaise with banks and finance houses to obtain finance approvals.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
• Assist customers with selecting appropriate finance and insurance products.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant value-added products and services.
• Ensure all deals are processed efficiently and within required time frames.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, sales executives, banks and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all F&I documentation and processes comply with applicable regulatory and dealership requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle sale to finance and delivery.
• Achieve agreed F&I targets and contribute to overall dealership profitability.
• Provide professional after-sales service and assist customers with any F&I-related queries.
• Stay up to date with changes in finance, insurance and compliance requirements.

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Previous F&I experience within the motor industry is essential.
• Relevant F&I qualifications and industry certifications

• FAIS compliant.
• CPD points must be up to date.
• Valid driver's licence

• Previous experience working with vehicle finance applications and financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle finance and insurance products.
• Good understanding of F&I compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Computer literate with good administrative skills.
