** To work under supervision to manage Investments on behalf of clients expectation linked to agreed mandate.

* ** Are you someone who can:
*** Conduct research to uncover investment-related insights.
* Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG.
* Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.
* Continuously focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Proactively acquire new clients through networking, referrals, business development initiatives and relationship-building activities.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients to support sustainable business growth.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities within an existing client base and leverage the broader Wealth and Investments value proposition to deepen client relationships.
* Consistently deliver against agreed sales, revenue and asset growth targets.

* Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
* Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances.
* Identify and implement opportunities for revenue growth in order to deliver on sales targets.
* Demonstrate a strong track record of business development, client acquisition and portfolio growth.
* Effectively retain, manage and expand existing client relationships.
* Generate new business opportunities through professional networks, referrals and internal partnerships across the First Rand Group.  
** Minimum Requirements
*** Relevant investment, finance or wealth management qualification.
* Compliance with applicable regulatory and FAIS requirements.
* ** Previous sales and business development experience within a wealth management, investments, stockbroking, private banking or financial services environment is non-negotiable.**
* ** Proven track record of acquiring new clients, growing assets under management and achieving sales targets.
*** Experience identifying and executing cross-selling opportunities within an existing client base.
* Strong relationship management and networking capabilities.
