Senior Full-Stack Engineer; AI Products

Role Overview

Help us build the future of AI in regulated industries by creating user-facing products that customers and teams rely on daily. You'll bridge the gap between powerful AI and real-world application.

• Proven experience shipping user-facing AI or LLM products to production
• Expertise in modern frontend (React) and backend (Node.js/Python) development
• Experience with non-deterministic systems, variable latency, and graceful failure handling
• Strong understanding of secure, compliant data handling in regulated environments
• Ability to own the full product lifecycle from design to deployment

• Design and build interfaces, APIs, and product layers for AI agents
• Develop full-stack features, including frontend experiences and backend integrations
• Implement observability and feedback loops for continuous improvement
• Ensure reliability, security, and human control in AI-driven workflows

• High-impact, hands-on role with full ownership from day one
• Shape how AI is experienced by real customers in a meaningful way
• Collaborate closely with a small, dedicated team in George, Western Cape
