UI​/UX Designer - Web Applications

About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative UI/UX Designer to join their product development team based in George . You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for their suite of web applications, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant, functional designs.

You will work closely with product managers and developers to bring user-centric features to life, playing a key role in enhancing user satisfaction and product usability.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web applications and digital products.
• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user needs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics.

• Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web application design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and information architecture.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
