We are seeking a highly creative and analytical E-commerce UX Designer to join our digital product team in George. This role is critical in shaping how millions of users interact with our mobile and web platforms.

You will conduct user research, create wireframes, and develop interactive prototypes that solve complex user problems.

• Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to understand customer pain points.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand cohesion across all digital touchpoints.
• Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and optimize conversion rates.
• Participate in design sprints and brainstorming sessions to ideate new feature sets.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills to present design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex user data and metrics.

A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is required. A portfolio demonstrating real-world application of UX principles is essential for this role.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, specifically within an e-commerce or high-traffic digital product environment. Proven track record of delivering user-centered solutions that improve business KPIs.
