About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent Commercial Property Cleaner to maintain the pristine condition of various business premises in and around George . This role involves ensuring that office spaces, retail areas, and other commercial facilities are kept clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times, contributing significantly to a positive and healthy working environment for all occupants. The successful candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality cleaning services, following detailed instructions, and maintaining strict adherence to hygiene standards, playing a vital role in the operational upkeep of client properties in the Western Cape .

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial establishments.
• Clean and disinfect washrooms, break rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are well-stocked and orderly.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors, and polish surfaces to maintain a professional appearance.
• Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting any malfunctions to management.
• Manage waste disposal efficiently, including emptying bins and recycling materials as per company guidelines.
• Work effectively to meet daily or weekly cleaning schedules, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed to a high standard.

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with industrial-grade cleaning equipment and products.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
