General Maintenance, Admin & Driver

If you’re happiest when you’re fixing, maintaining, improving or lending a practical hand, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping buildings, outdoor areas and everyday facilities in good working order. General maintenance will be the heart of your role, with driving responsibilities forming an important second part of your day when the business needs you on the road.

Your focus will be helping our maintenance team keep our workplace safe, neat, functional and well cared for, including stock take, asset register and tool care and bookings

You’ll tackle the everyday jobs that make a real difference, from general repairs and painting to looking after outdoor areas, moving furniture, and the admin in these roles, maintaining work spaces and spotting issues before they become bigger problems.

• Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with basic painting, plumbing and carpentry tasks
• Keep track of tools being booked out and material stock in storeroom
• Keep walkways, parking areas, storerooms and work areas neat and safe
• Move furniture, equipment and other items when required
• Help prepare and set up spaces for operational needs
• Look after tools and equipment and report maintenance issues
• Assist with loading, unloading and general hands‑on tasks
• Work alongside the Maintenance team and pitch in wherever practical help is needed
• When driving support is required, you’ll also help keep our people and operations moving safely and professionally.
