Regional Business Partner: Optometry

An established and growing business within the optometry industry is looking for a commercially minded and entrepreneurial Regional Business Partner to take responsibility for the performance and growth of its George operation.

This is not a traditional management position. It is an opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to take ownership of business results, build a high-performing team and contribute directly to the success and profitability of the operation.

The successful candidate will receive a basic salary and performance-based incentives, with the potential to work towards a longer-term ownership opportunity based on performance, profitability and the agreed commercial model.

• Relevant experience in business management, branch management, retail management, practice management or operational leadership

• A proven track record of achieving sales, revenue or profitability targets

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Sound business and financial acumen

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Strong organisational and administrative skills

• Computer literacy

• A valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

• Experience in optometry, healthcare or specialised retail will be advantageous
