This is a full-time, on-site position for a Rental Real Estate Agent, located in George, Western Cape. The Rental Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in renting residential or commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include marketing rental listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease agreements, and providing exceptional client service to both property owners and tenants. The agent will also be responsible for staying updated on the local rental market conditions and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to provide an excellent client experience
• Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and familiarity with Real Property markets
• Proven Sales skills and ability to quickly close leasing deals
• Self-motivated individual with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Previous experience in a real estate or property management role is advantageous
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools is a plus
