New Car Sales Manager

The main purpose of the position (KPi) is:
Key roles and responsibilities- Manage the Sales Department
- Manage stock.
- Sell motor vehicles and associated accessories and services
- Execute all agreed projects and maintain the initiative
- Manage the allocation of demo vehicles
- Manage the sales websites and systems
- Grade 12
- Minimum 5 years of vehicle sales experience
- Minimum 3 years of Management experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Vehicle appraisal experience
- Pricing of trade-in experience
- Knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices
- 3 Year degree/diploma in BCom/ Marketing and Sales
- Target Driven
- Customer-oriented
- Product Knowledge
- Good finance skills
- Understand customer needs analysis
- Apply compliance requirements
- High stress tolerance

- Results-oriented
