Sales Representative - FMCG

About the Role

Our client seeks a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their growing FMCG team in George . You will be responsible for expanding our client's customer base and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. This role involves building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders, promoting our diverse range of fast-moving consumer goods . The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and increasing market penetration for our client's products.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the FMCG sector .
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
• Present and sell company products and services to prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory around George .
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
