In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions to protect their assets and futures. You will play a vital part in expanding the company's market presence in the scenic Western Cape region.

• Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, and client referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct detailed needs analyses with prospective clients to identify appropriate insurance products (e.g., life, vehicle, property, business).
• Present and explain insurance policy details, benefits, and coverage options clearly and concisely.
• Process applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional post-sale service and support.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of various insurance products and the South African market.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in insurance (e.g., RE
  5) are highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for client visits.
