Site Security Manager

Are you an experienced security professional looking to take ownership of security operations within a prestigious lifestyle and golf estate?

We are seeking a Site Security Manager to oversee all security activities on the estate, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily security operations across the estate.
• Lead and supervise security personnel and service providers.
• Monitor access control, CCTV, and perimeter security systems.
• Investigate incidents and ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, estate management, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures, policies, and service standards.
• Prepare operational and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• PSIRA Grade A registration.
• Valid driver's licence.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in a Site Security Manager or similar role.
• Previous experience within an estate, residential, hospitality, or property environment advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, and incident management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and administrative skills.
• Clear criminal record.
