What We're Looking For

- 3+ years building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production

- Strong Python development experience

- Experience with frameworks like Lang Chain or Llama Index

- Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases

- Experience building APIs and backend services

- Understanding of AI system evaluation and reliability

- Design and deploy multi-step AI agent systems

- Build RAG pipelines and integrate with enterprise systems
