Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Frontend Engineer to spearhead their user interface development efforts in George . - Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Design and implement scalable, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of components.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Oversee the entire frontend development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a lead or mentorship role.
- Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks such as React , Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and build tools (e.g., Webpack).
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and performance optimization strategies.
