• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge computer vision algorithms and systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of computer vision engineers, providing technical guidance and project oversight.
• Develop and optimize algorithms for tasks such as object detection, image segmentation, facial recognition, 3D reconstruction, and motion tracking.
• Implement and integrate computer vision models using deep learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch) and traditional CV libraries (e.g., OpenCV).
• Work closely with hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of software and sensor technologies.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of computer vision systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in computer vision and machine learning.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Optimize algorithms for real-time performance on embedded systems and edge devices.
• Contribute to technical documentation, presentations, and knowledge sharing within the engineering department.

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field with a specialization in Computer Vision.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying computer vision systems.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages.
• Expertise with computer vision libraries such as OpenCV, PCL, and deep learning frameworks like Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Solid understanding of image processing techniques, camera calibration, and geometric vision.
• Experience with SLAM, SfM, or other 3D vision techniques is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with GPU programming and optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
