• Manage and coordinate the dispatch of expedited freight, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor driver locations and communicate effectively to manage schedules and route adjustments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing support and resolving issues on the road.
• Utilize dispatch software to track shipments, manage loads, and maintain accurate records.
• Respond quickly to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic delays or vehicle breakdowns, implementing contingency plans.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction regarding delivery times.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight dispatching or logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with expedited freight services and time-critical delivery operations.
• Proficiency in using dispatch management software and GPS tracking systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage drivers and clients.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
