About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their facility in George . This role is crucial for maintaining efficiency, safety, and productivity within the warehouse environment. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution are executed to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse logistics and safety protocols.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure efficient inventory management , including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Implement and enforce strict safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor warehouse operations for productivity and efficiency, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and employee performance.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and logistics best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
