Join DXI Construction as a Heavy Equipment Operator
.
We are seeking an experienced operator skilled in handling excavators, loaders, dozers, or site dumps to work on various construction projects across Delaware.
Base Pay Range$25.00/hr – $35.00/hr
- Operate heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inspections, load, haul, and unload materials.
- Follow site safety procedures and maintain equipment condition.
- Work with project managers and other crew members to meet project timelines.
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, or dozers.
- Strong aptitude for operating heavy machinery and following safety protocols.
