Temporary Hourly After School Tutors

Schedule:

Tuesdays & Thursdays, September 23, 2025 - May 28, 2026

• Internal Teacher Pay Rate $40/hour
• Internal Para Pay Rate $20/hour

$20.00/hr - $40.00/hr

• Provides effective instruction of students in order to maximize their learning
• Motivates students to work to attain their potential as a learner and an individual
• Exhibits knowledge of Delaware s Core Content area Standards
• Assists in the continuous evaluation, development, and improvement of student educational learning as prescribed by district curriculum
• Maintains appropriate classroom discipline required for maximum student learning and safety
• Other related duties as may be required

• Must hold or be eligible for State of Delaware Certification as either a teacher or paraprofessional
• Employee will be required to work in-person/in the building for this position after school hours
