** Early Head Start Teacher**, you’ll nurture and guide infants and toddlers (birth to age
3) during the most critical years of brain development, creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment where every child can thrive
** What You’ll Do
*** As an Early Head Start Teacher, you will:
** Create a warm, responsive classroom that promotes healthy growth, exploration, and secure attachments.
* ** Implement
* * a developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports physical, social-emotional, cognitive, and language development.
* ** Build strong family partnerships
** by conducting home visits, parent-teacher conferences, and helping families engage in their child’s learning journey.
* ** Support individualized learning**, including children with special needs, by integrating Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) into daily activities.
* Track and document progress using observations, anecdotal notes, and digital tools to tailor instruction to each child’s needs.
* Ensure health, safety, and wellness through daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and transitions.

* Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus!
** Minimum Qualifications**
* ** Infant/Toddler CDA,
** or an
** Associate or Bachelor’s degree
** in
** Early Childhood Education** (or equivalent coursework with infant/toddler focus).
* Pass a physical exam and background check.
* Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required.
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with infants and toddlers throughout the day.

This position earns up to 43,000.00 Annually
